Innovations and Processes

My experience to working with start-ups and with MNC's is truly different. Like one of my friends rightly said that in a start-up to tend be be identified with your individual identity while in the case of MNC, it is a company that carries its identity and you tend to fall in place for the same. My current company is true innovation company where I simply enter in every day, roll up my sleeves and decide the tasks for the day and execute them. Contradictory to this is a MNC where I worked before. Here the day always starts on YESTERDAY where you plan your forth coming days. The challenges, the learnings, all are very different in both the cases. I am trying to figure out till date what do I prefer. I am a die hard systematic personality who can find mistakes even in perfections but like the challenges of a startup. Wondering till date as to where i fit. Hope some day will find an answer to the same and feel good about my decisions.
